you can use conditions applied by your teammates. but yeah it's a bit unwieldy. id probably go with mstrike or wblow for that bar.

I find it too conditional. If you've got people beating on a target, they're more than likely to take away the bonus damage. If you're solo ganking, using your bar as an example, you'd need to charge adrenaline for Flail to actually get the spike off. I'd rather have a different lead, such as Leaping Mantis Sting for the snare as an extra.
